I run Yorozuya, and I work in a restaurant kitchen every day — just like you.

This site was not built to sell from a catalog. Our goal is to give Japanese restaurant owners around the world the same range of choices they would have if they were shopping in Japan.

We do not only carry Japanese-made products. We select practical, professional-grade tools from everything available in Japan — if it meets the standard, it makes the cut.

Looking for something? Having trouble finding it? No matter how small the request, talk to our Concierge Service first. We will search for makers and craftsmen across Japan and handle the negotiations for you. Custom orders, small-lot purchases, sourcing on your behalf — we will do everything we can to make it happen.
