1. Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship to Japan.

2. Carriers

We use Yamato Transport, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other carriers.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout based on the destination and weight. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility (DDU).

4. Tracking

We will email you the tracking number after your order has shipped.

5. Delays and Loss

Delays may occur due to weather, customs, holidays, or other factors. Please contact us if your package is lost.
