配送ポリシー

1. 配送先

アメリカ、カナダ、オーストラリア、ニュージーランド、英国、アラブ首長国連邦へ配送します。日本国内への配送は行っておりません。

2. 配送業者

ヤマト運輸、DHL、FedEx、UPS等を利用します。

3. 送料・配送日数

サブスク注文は送料無料です。スポット注文は配送先と重量に応じてチェックアウト時に送料が表示されます。関税・輸入税はお客様負担（DDU）です。

4. 追跡

発送後、追跡番号をメールでお知らせします。

5. 遅延・紛失

天候、税関、祝日等により遅延が生じる場合があります。紛失の際はお問い合わせください。

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship to Japan.

2. Carriers

We use Yamato Transport, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other carriers depending on the destination and product.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Subscription orders include free shipping. Spot orders are charged shipping based on destination and weight, shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility (DDU).

4. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed after shipment.

5. Delays and Loss

Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or holidays. Please contact us for lost packages.
